**All custom products are Final Sale and are not eligible for refund, return or exchange. Custom products cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order. Custom printed products are NOT eligible for return or exchange.**
We want you to be happy with your order. We are determined to have your purchase result in a happy customer. Because most everything here at Pagan Sol is handmade, we understand there is some potential for human error. Usually the quality control department of our manufacturers will pick this up and handle it before dispatching your order. However, on rare occasion, something does slip through, so all you need to do is let us know. If the product is faulty, you can return it within 5 days. Contact our customer service team, quoting your name and order number.
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited within 5 days of receiving the product by providing digital images of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
If the damage/defect cannot be verified via email contact, it may be required that the item be returned to the manufacturer by Pagan Sol for inspection before determination can be made as to the state of the product. Any incurred return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have requested a refund that Pagan Sol deems is warranted, please be advised that returning funds usually takes 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase, depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds.
