Policy Returns & Exchanges
Pagan Sol creates unique products and sends them to production only when they are ordered. This means returns or exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, simply changed your mind or experience buyer remorse.
In the case of a damaged product or manufacturing order, we can offer you a replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Note that if your order shipping details were incorrect, or if the you ordered the wrong size or color, Pagan Sol will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
Order Routing Feature
In the event your order cannot be fulfilled using our original print provider, it will automatically route to the most suitable alternative print provider for fulfillment, in the same country or region as you, which will help you on shipping cost, any custom duties and fulfillment times. Order Routing offers a smooth redirection of the order to another print provider. If enabled, it would take place in the following cases:
- The ordered product is out-of-stock with the chosen print provider
- The ordered product has been discontinued by the chosen print provider
- The chosen print provider has been temporarily closed
- The chosen print provider is located in a different geographic region than your customer
- The chosen print provider’s production time is estimated to be significantly longer than with Order Routing
The maximum additional cost (per item) for rerouting orders (including shipping) will not exceed 2.00 USD.
Order Approval
Orders are automatically sent to production in 24 hours. After an order is sent to production, you cannot edit any details or cancel the order.
Tracking Notification
Tracking details per order are sent to Pagan Sol as soon as they become available.
Delayed Orders
We continuously monitor information on shipping restrictions from our suppliers, print providers and carriers. Using this information, we filter all incoming orders and place those that cannot be delivered or have delayed delivery status, on hold, requiring we manually send those orders affected by shipping delays to production. Neither does Pagan Sol send orders that are canceled due to shipping restrictions, to production.

Pagan Sol receives daily emails on your orders and their production status.
